Is Xbox Live down or it just me?

For the past few hours I've been having a problem with Xbox Live and in terms of connecting to it. When I turn on my console, (Xbox One), there is a panel that shows "connect to Xbox Live" but even spam pressing it doesn't work. Not sure if this is happening
to anyone, but I was able to play last evening. I've tried doing a hard reset, disconnecting the wireless internet, and all other devices in my house (phone, laptop, tablet) seem to work fine.

I also live in New York, so not sure if this is a regional thing, or a total outage.

Same here, I thought it was my usb stick having my profile on it doing it???? then I ended up having to clear everything and recover my gamer tag and taking the disc out of the tray. I thought black ops was acting up earlier then put in Red Dead and same
thing??? Odd I can't even stay in a match long enough to get a kill. I'm Wired in and Time Warner is my provider if that helps to connect any dots????

 

I live in Washington State and this is happening too. This must be a regional thing and I thought that I saw somewhere that it was a server shutdown to switch to Windows 10.

 

yeah its been pretty *** up for several days now. I suspect an update in the xbox one for messing up our internet connection to live. I check the update in the system settings part of the xbox one and it says update pending, which makes me think its a ***
up update.

 

Not sure what is going on. For the past 3 days I haven't been able to play any sort of multiplayer on any game, yet I can buy from the store, use apps, etc. it says I need gold when I already have it.
