is xbox getting hacked again like at xmas twice in 2 days not good enough

so my xbox one is on its way to germany to get fixed for the 3rd time so i go to my 360 and find i cant play black ops 2 online many to be fixed so i go to my 360 and find i can't play black ops 2 online and some times can't sign in to xbox live
not good enough

You're crazy if you tell me that PSN is as reliable as Xbox Live from a networking standpoint.

Xbox Live has been hacked, but not for 24 days like PSN was...

 

No server connection

Been like that for 2 days - AGAIN. I've gone through this a couple of times since getting xbox one for Xmas. I would like to sever all ties with Microsoft online and just play some video games.

 

I've been on xbox live for 12 years & it's never been hacked so not sure where you get that from.

 

how can you not know about the christmas attacks it was on national news social media hears a bbc news artical if you dont beleve me see for your self

That was a ddos attack,completely different from being hacked.

Xbox live has never been hacked.

 

For everyone's information, Xbox Live was hacked at Christmas 2014 by Lizard Squad.

Makes you wonder why bother making a not-fit-for-purpose system when it's obvious that Crapsoft do not care.

What happened at xmas was a ddos attack which is NOT hacking.

Maybe learn the difference before making nonsense claims.

Denial of service is not a hack.

 

DDOS means someone is over loading the servers with data requests to the point no body else can get a request to the server because its just too flooded.

this can happen to any online website or game server that is targeted by the attackers .. its no big deal .. it childish kids having a tantrum while scream where are my sweets !!!! most of the time.

laymans terms :

your about to walk in a shop via a revolving door, but it has got stuck because four million other people are trying to get in all at the same time, while another four million are trying to leave all at the same time .... it's just not going to work.

 

not sure how microsoft or sony will beable to stop it from happening? because the servers have to deal with the requests sent to it and how they could tell the difference between DDOS and normal requests?

to top things off, all the time the DDOS attack is happening, every xbox thats tring to connect to xbox live is also sending out requests to log in ...
