    So the past couple of days I've been trying to pre-download Starfield but Xbox game pass has decided to log me out. Anytime I try and log back in this is all I see.

    I have tried and reinstalled game pass, along with terminating both the Microsoft store and game pass, along with repair both as well.

    When it does decide to log me in, I am then greeted with another problem (can't screenshot because I cant log in) I'm not able to pre-install starfield or any game that is marked over 16 because Xbox decide the account is age restricted when it is not.
    I have changed the yea of my DOB on my Microsoft account to 1994 instead of 1995 and logged out (this was the solution I saw a lot of people use and it worked) but then as soon as I log in, I roll back around to the first problem of not being able to login.

    I have tried the live chat thing, only ever had the virtual assistant even when asking for a HUMAN agent, it either just stops working or tells me I can't get anyone for this issue. The only solution I have seen from Xbox is check server status but every thing is fine in there.

    So if anyone has a solution that Isn't making a new account, I would absolutely love to hear it and possibly try. Since I'm getting close to going bald over here from malding and pulling my hair out from frustration.

    No. If you purchase just Xbox Game Pass, then you would need Xbox Game Pass Core (new name for Xbox Live Gold) to play online multiplayer. If you purchase Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, then it would cancel your Xbox Live and convert it to Game Pass Ultimate and add it on to your Game Pass Ultimate. Any remaining time will convert to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time at a ratio of 3:2 and be rounded up to the next full day. For example, 90 days remaining of Xbox Game Pass Core or PC Game Pass will convert to 60 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time.
