is xbox game pass available in malta?

I'm sorry, it seems that it is not part of the Game pass supported regions.

Well i'll tell you what microsoft have said over the phone games arnt available to download in malta i bought halo3 online then went to download it i have the exact same problem with halo as i do with carnival games : inaction.

I haven't even been able to download it yet....

I tried to download the Annihilation MP yesterday but with no avail. I have a uk disk and uk account but i am in Malta. I thought that this was now problem as Malta doesnt have its own area on XBOX Live so i can change my account to that region.

I was allowed to pay and get some Microsoft Points so why cant i download the MP, or was it just that there were problems yesterday ???

I had my account under italy, because Malta wasn't available to choose then i migrated to south africa to have english language because i got fed up of the italian, and now i cant buy certain games i like, i cant buy DLC's. i'm very disappointed about this.
Why cant MS solve this problem? Besides y is Malta not in the options? Even though we are a small island, we shouldn't be ignored. My friends all shifted to ps3 because of this, for me xbox is better but i'm thinking of shifting too if things keep going this
way.
