    Is xbox even seeing our requests???


    I’ve been on this subreddit for a but and have seen the most upvoted things in the requests page for each week. Yet I haven’t seen any of them added. Is there some sort of behind the scenes problem that is causing this to fail???

    Hey, you would of got suspended as our broke the community standards.

    Enforcement can not take sides in arguments and will suspend you if you break the guidelines, even if the other person is in the wrong.

    Log into your microsoft account to see full details on your suspensions and to request a case review (24 hours+ only)

    My case review summary said "If the suspension was still active, it has now been lifted" and yet it wasn't

    They did state that, and I did not get any reply even months later.

    It feels like they were just ghosting me, when I contacted support again using the request number they just said "I see it was already escalated to our higher backend team" and that they will keep me posted, yet there was no followup
