    I have been having issues logging in on my Xbox 360, I have changed my password, checked my connection, and finally I tried putting my profile on a USB stick deleting the profile from the Xbox and attempting to redownload it to the Xbox and it tells me my credentials are wrong (I just changed my password so I know that not true) and when I tried to put the prolife back from the USB i guess it got corrupted (I did use an old one I had) so now I cant even play the games on my profile, and just wanted to watch Netflix so I tried to make a new live profile and it wont even let me do that

    Ok, this credential bug sometimes happens with 360 profiles, 2 things that could help, first, it's the removal of the two-step account verification, try removing it like this:

    The other cause of the bug is recurring subscription charges. If you have a subscription (gamepass, xbox live gold) check if your recurring charge is already activated, if not, activate and wait 10 minutes.

    If it is already activated, try deactivating, wait 10 minutes, then activate again, then wait the 10 minutes and try logging into the console again.

    On the status page, it says everything is up and running. https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live-status If you are having trouble logging in on the Xbox 360 or via a backward compatible game on the Xbox One or Xbox Series consoles, then you can report an outage via the status page. Just select the 3 dots next to the service you think you are having an issue with and select Report an outage.
