    Please let me know what exactly is allowed between the two pics, the second one got me banned, (can't appeal) first one is apparently perfectly ok! Is literally any skin bannable now? Seriously? Would like an answer. (Mod Removed)

    Content like this is Copyright to whoever owns the pictures. Unless a photograph is in the public domain, it is owned by however produced it. Just because you can download it, does not mean you can use it for your profile. Both of these types of photo's are owned by WWE. Which means that the first one is also against the TOS.

    Just returned home to my Xbox being Banned from the Xbox Network. Is there a server related issue going on right now? I'm so confused, and heart broken.

    My account was also permanently suspended. My depression and anxiety is shooting through the roof right now. I changed the gamerpic as soon as I got communication suspended and I couldn't have done anything else against the ToS. I keep recieving a error as I try to appeal it. Can a professional please help?

    Avatar Features = Banned

    You used software to change the colour of your avatar - that was against the ToS and always resulted in an immediate ban.

    Just because they added the feature now, doesn't mean you broke the ToS back then.

    Do you have any prior bans on your account? I can't imagine why they would deny your profile picture if there is nothing in it that goes against the TOS.
