Is Wireless good for Xbox live or is it suggested to use wired connection

Not sure which is the best to use.

I use the preview dash on a slim 360 with no issues whatsoever, I also use a wired connection which is why I suggested trying a wired connection to see if it's simply a problem with your wireless connection.

A wired connection is almost always going to be more reliable. So id say if you have the option to go wired then go wired

 

I understand then and not sure download speed are the same on both wireless or on wired are the same.

 

Actually that depends on your net service. A solid wireless connection is preferred for practical reasons yet if your wireless signal is not strong enough, wired is the way to go.

 

I rather go on wireless because wired is no longer trusted connection on any of my consoles I use.PS3/PS4 and xbox 360.
