is windows10 xbox app not able to make parties anymore?

Cant view the party like it says start a party when i already make a party too

When i click start party

It doesnt make the party

Its not viewable even though it says view people and add someone and leave party. When i click leave party nothing happens when i click anything at all nothing happens. And it still says start a party as well

Party chat on Windows/Xbox App still works. An alternative is the Xbox game bar Party.

To bring up the Xbox game bar, Hold the Windows button and Press "G"

From there you will be able to initiate a Party and Much more!

No but Ive tried both the xbox companion app and the xbox companion beta app, theres literally no option for party notifications anymore so I cant accept party invites

Just make sure that the xbox app logged account is the same of the store. You can define you store account in accounts settings in windows10 accounts.

If you have the latest update, then party invites don't go to the Xbox Console Companion app anymore, and they go straight to the Game Bar. Same for party chat on the PC.

To access the Game Bar, just press the Windows button and G at the same time, you should be able to see your invites there.

im un able to use the xbox app to join partys anymore even though i was able to before. Now it just says i need to change my privacy settings on xbox.com. but what do i actually need to do to get it to work again x
