    Is using Keyboard and Mouse Bannable?


    Hello, I want to buy Call of Duty on Xbox because a lot of friends I play with own it on Xbox but I'm so use to playing on PC with KB&M, that going back to controller would feel limiting. I know it gives an advantage because aiming
    is more precise. Could I get banned if I use Keyboard and mouse? You can hate all you want but I like KB&M better. I just don't want to get banned for something like that.

    Mouse and Keyboard makes controllers obsolete

    Keyboard & mouse support is coming soon.

    Players using a controller will not be put into games with players using a keyboard/mouse & vice versa unless they choose to.

    Other than RTS games I can't stand using a keyboard/mouse to play games with,much prefer a controller.

    XIM3 giving gamers unfair advantage

    Pfff, people complaining about others using a mouse and keyboard probablys suck at the game they're playing and just want to shift the blame to those using a keyboard and mouse.

    Personally, i enjoy PC shooters like Z-doom where i use a mouse and keyboard, it's pretty fun, but $150/£75 for a keyboard and mouse? I'd rather not.

    it is up to the developer if they want mouse and keyboard if anyone is caught using mouse and keyboard it is a bannable offense from the game as it is not supported and the only way you can use mouse and keyboard is through using macros

    Some games on the Xbox One or Series X|S do support keyboard and mouse. So if you use a keyboard and mouse just by plugging them into the usb ports on the Xbox console, then no it is not a bannable offense. It can be though if you use an unofficial adapter to play on games that do not support keyboard and mouse.

    Using a keyboard and mouse on xbox one games that don't support it (unlike minecraft, which supports it) is bannable under the code of conduct regarding "unauthorized hardware".

    Please use a controller.

    If the games support the keyboard and mouse, then they will detect them when you start the game. No bypass of any means is needed.
