    Is Torchlight backwards compatible or not???


    Long story short: Torchlight is on the Backward Compatibility list, I own it on the 360, I transferred my saves to the cloud, BUT the option to install via the XB1 is not available yet it says is available on the XB1. WHAT IS GOING ON???

    Is this happening on ALL games ONE and 360 backwards compatible or just the backwards compatible games?

    Is there a way to find out of a game is going to be backwards compatible or is it just a hope and pray kinda thing if a game will become backwards compatible?

    Hi, you are right, it is compatible, if you are having trouble getting it from the xbox one, then you can still purchase the game using the xbox 360 store on xbox.com. here is the link for Torchlight

    If you own the game, then it should show up in the ready to install section for you to install. Make sure you are using the same account you used to purchase the game.

    While it is true that backwards compat is on hold. Every backwards compat licensing has to approved by the developer for that game to approve the ability of backwards compatibility. There are some developers unfortunately that will not allow there games
    to be backwards compatible .
