    Hello. I bought used x360 HDD in a local game store. It was advertised as an original but It looks very suspicous to me. Contrary to the other disk I saw it does not have the raised "Microsoft" imprint on the palstic at the bottom side and the main center sticker also looks different to what I was used to. I am attaching a photo. Thank You in advance for any help

    Hi,

    if you can, try a Xbox classic game with it. The non original Hdds have no emulator to play them. If it works, it is from MS.

    Thank you for (maybe right) Information, but it was also my ouwn "feeling" for this HDD, i looked for Emulators for the HDD, but nothing will work sucessful on my HDD and i dont like to made this on PC (iam not smart enouth for this), is there any "simble"

    Also be sure to get an official Microsoft Xbox 360 S hard drive, any fake hard drives are likely to cause problems

    Are you absolutely 100% sure its an official hdd? I ask because there are some VERY convincing fakes out there that are made to look like official drives when in reality they arent.
