    Is this really you? E-mailing codes constantly


    Hi, I am currently offshore and having to call home constantly to give my son a code that's been emailed to me to allow him to play his xbox one online?

    Is this normal to have to put in a code that's been emailed every time he changes a game or wants to go online?

    It might not work rhys because of region codes. Can you shoot Microsoft and e-mail? Some of my friends have tried moving their consoles around and it didn't work because of power supply issues.

    This is a security proof. It should not be needed every single time if you can verify the account at
    Sign in to your Microsoft account, there should be complete instructions for this shown to your son when he attempts to log in such that it does not have to be re-done on every subsequent attempt.

    i want to to completely delete this account and never see it again but i wanna use the email attached to it too

    Create another e-mail, and change this account's e-mail to this new e-mail. This will "free" your windows live e-mail for the account you really want.

    There is no way to delete an account. Even permanently suspended accounts are stuck on the system forever.

    Maybe you can still get it? It doesn't really say but I would guess they just e-mail a code to you - not much info out there AFAIK.
