    Is this not against Code of Conduct?


    This dude got upset and decided we’re gonna harass someone, that someone being me. Even if he’s blocked he just swaps to another account and continues to spam message and invite me over 90 times.

    I tried reporting and guess what, nothing happens(as usual, just like when I found a minor selling explicit pictures Microsoft didn’t ban). No ban, no “hey we did this” just constant invites from this kid. Is harassment not a ban-able offense anymore? Are we allowing this sort of behavior on Xbox now?

    Yes it is against the rules and as long as you repprted them, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action. Action is not always taken immediately.
