    Is this normal?


    So over this month I've actually been over on Steam playing Hell Let Loose or GTA5 so today (31/3/2023) I go to login on Xbox gamepass just to find I have been banned with no reason as to why (bit odd there's no details considering it was 10 days ago like I would expect no details if the ban was just issued) but let alone the fact I haven't even used my account when the ban was issued or even before it -also I have 0 suspensions on my account history (the account is +10 years) and now I'm slapped with a permanent ban, FTW Xbox!!!!

    Hi!

    There are free game sessions, generally on weekends, after the deadline you will not be able to play anymore until the next session or purchase of the game.

    And ngophi I can say without the test my internet, while broadband, isn't always the fastest. lol. so that's probably what happened.

    Hey Watch, are you getting an error message at all? As Jemarari suggested, you may want to try
    clearing your cache if you're being prompted to download an update. If you're being signed out for no reason, though, I suggest backing your Xbox 360 profile up onto a
    USB drive configured for use with Xbox 360, and then re-download your profile on the console.

    As long as the game is actually working, then it was probably just a little hiccup on the scale. If there was an issue, the download would have shown as corrupt and wouldn't be working.
