Is this message from a player something to worry about? I don't know them

You would have been banned for a reason. Did you send any inappropriate messages? Either way make sure you report the player. You can report the them from their profile. Xbox should deal with the person in question. Don't worry about it too much, just
ignore any further messages and they should be dealt with.

I wouldn't worry about this, You see these sort of messages all the time and it usually just comes from salty players.

The bars are appropriately positioned next to the corresponding player.

Green, yellow and red are listed from best to worst relative to the Host of the match, and it isn't your connection strength that will determine your connection in a match, for the most part, but the distance from the Host.

I don't know what it looks like to be playing when someone uses a 'lag switch'. Terms like that are given way too much importance by people who know nothing about them though, so don't worry too hard about it.

Yea that's what really bothers me, where's the official announcement about a big issue like this? seriously.. ppl are getting a message they're permanently suspended but it's not true but you still gotta wait a week to use the your account? Shouldn't something like this make headlines? Im glad my account back but im worried about the players that think they're really banned, make an announcement for them please xbox, at least do that because i don't see this problem being fixed anytime soon, or like you said turn off the report button or something because, im not looking at messages from strangers the same, in fact i turned off messages from strangers, im not taking any chances..
