IS THIS ILLEGAL? OR JUST AGAINST TOC?

I know this is against Microsofts TOC but could it also be a criminal offence?

As there is money changing hands for an item that technically isn't yours.

That guy has been selling accounts for a long time.

Ebay refuse to remove them as they claim he is doing nothing wrong,even though he breaks their intangible item rule.

He used to sell mod discs for the call of duty games too.

Either way why does it concern you???? Just curious..... such things are not part of your duty.

No, it is not illegal in any way, shape, or form. If that is what is important to you and you think it's worth the money, then go for it. It is a shady practice though and don't be surprised if you're banned from LIVE because of it.

 

I would have to say that it probably IS illegal as he is selling items that don't belong to him!!!
