Is this guy hacking?

So my friend and I were in a party and we put the party invite only. A few moments later this random guy join our party because he had just played mortal combat with my friend. So the next day me and my friend are scared our xbox might get hacked, but the
guys still could join our party and again, he join our party and it was on invite too.

IS THIS GUY HACKING?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?

I've never heard of someone uninvited to a invite only party. Your friend may be playing tricks on you. You guys can block him so he never joins you again.

Maybe a glitch. One time it let me into my friends party uninvited.

easy enough said to block someone but if it is true explain how this guy could have joined a party without being invited and done it a second time, xbox likes to sell the consoles and the games etc to play on the consoles but does not like to set up a decent
system to handle such matters , they could learn a lesson of blizzard whose people know everything about the game etc all you have to do is mention one section and they know exactly what you are talking about cos their people play the game and if you have
a problem with a player they know exactly what has been said and done at any given time of day or night

Scrambles, I've had the good fortune to speak with a fellow Xbox Live user almost every time I've called Xbox, even more so in recent years than ever before. Not all the time though, which is understandable. I haven't heard of people joining invite-only
parties uninvited, so it could easily be a gag or a one-off glitch. Normally Xbox does handle their Live service, matchmaking, and party systems really well.

The same thing happened to me. My buddy and I were in an invite only party, my friend invited his friend, when they were done talking, I kicked him, every time i do that, he joins back instantly, claiming it says "Disconnected from Xbox LIVE party"
