I was playing tdm on and this guy was racking up kills like crazy i dont know if he was doing it legit or not so i recorded the video. He was 59-1 at the end of the game.

I've never heard of someone uninvited to a invite only party. Your friend may be playing tricks on you. You guys can block him so he never joins you again.

I'm not entirely sure, but it seems like it. You missed quite a bit, but the shots that were spot on werent registered either. May just be lag or maybe he is cheating. Either way, you were cheated out of a kill.

It may look like cheating but I would definitely bet on it being lag over cheating. The shots didn't even register on him which is one of the reasons I would say lag, a more than frequent occurrence in BO2. If the shots had registered and he still didn't
die I would be more likely to point to cheating.

As an added note I would suggest you being careful with doing what you have done in this post. This could be considered "naming and shaming" which is violates the CoC.
