Is this graphical glitch an XSX hardware issue?

In this video of Halo Infinite, observe the white "mesh" that appears on Chak 'Loc. The mesh even clips with the background behind him.

Is this normal? I am seeing this on my Xbox One Series X, but I did not see it on my launch day Xbox One. I saw something similar in the sky in Forza Horizon 5, so I'm concerned it's a hardware issue.

Can anyone confirm that they do not see this white mesh on their XSX?

looks like he had the active camo on, he becomes visible when firing the returns invisible when not.

Thanks, Farscape, but I think this is different than the active camo. It even happens when you are not shooting at him. Given Jesse's reply, this sounds like a known software issue with Halo on XSX.

This issue is mostly common with Halo game. There's several threads on users complaining about it on the Series X. The console is fine.

My brother had a very similar issue, had to have the console replaced.
