    Sta ima stylez, yeah I know how you feel you are a paid customer still don't get full access. Try going on www.xbox.com, If you didn't before that's all I know about your issue. I hope XBOX is working on a solution here because it is pretty bad , but lets
    hope for the good and we don't have to wait long. I'm not an employer of XBOX so I can't tell what their doing to improve this issue. Good luck and hope you guys get it there.

    Why is this? REGION LOCKS!

    Xbox Live Countries | Xbox Live International

    There is not any country from ex-Yugoslavia! I know you will now say that it's for legal reasons or something, but

    trust me, alot alot alot people play xbox in that countries nor any ex-Yugoslavia country has something to do against Xbox Live.

    We want DLCs and exclusive contents aswell! Isn't fair, really.

    How many people wasted their microsoft points on something that they couldn't download and haven't been refunded? Alot, I did that two times!

    Why do some people do ilegal stuff like send HDD to the account's registred region/country to friends just to download DLCs on it and get it again.

    Why do people use even more prohibided things like VPN connections in case to get DLCs and risking bans?

    I don't know how can I go in contact with somebody from Microsoft, but really, we do care and we are sad that we haven't contents that others have.

    Sorry on talking like this, but few friends bought dlcs for normal black ops and wasted money on nothing. I did buy rezurrection dlc and couldn't get it. Now I want to get season pass for black ops 2 but I know that I'll give money for something that I can't

    Is this game region locked?

    AFAIK only ME2 and ME3 are not available for purchase. But apparently ME1 also because I could download it (UK).

    By looking at his achievement "Medal of Honor: Complete Mass Effect Playthrough."

    He's also finished Mass Effect 2 and 3.

    But maybe he purchased the disc-version instead of downloading it. Theoretically, the issue may still persist, yet unlikely he searches for an answer regarding his predicament.

    Issues regarding dlc and digital codes for xbox 360

    If the game is region locked then a code for the game will be region locked. In order to download region locked content, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available.

    Yes there are games that are region locked and your accoung region and actual region must match

    Resident evil is one of many region locked content

    Both games are region locked

    Any resident evil or kinect game is region locked

    Anything that is triple a titles are region locked

    Since both games that are free this month isn't a major title there is no region lock on them

    For the best experience with live your account region must match your actual region

    However you don't live in an Xbox live region

    There is no way to refund prepaid currency cards

    You will have to find a game that isn't region locked

    Most triple a titles are though

    XBOX 360 PAL TO NTSC COUNTRY

    The region locks technically aren't even NTSC/PAL locks because such a differential does not exist within the console. The games are just coded with a region lock. When a region locked game is loaded on a console from another region, it will display an
    error message. If a game is region free, it does not look for what region the console comes from and continues to run. The region lock outs for Xbox 360 games these days are down to the publishers, nothing more.

    Xbox One on the other hand has no regional lock outs at all for disc games. You can play any Xbox One game on any Xbox One console. There are certain region locks for downloads, but that has nothing to do with NTSC and PAL.

    Region locks don't always apply to games that's why we suggest your location match your actual region and buy consoles and games from your actual region
