    someone was cheating and I was MW3 on Xbox 1 but for some what reason i could not find a way to report him. I then sent him a message calling him gay. Now I have a week suspension and the last time I got suspended was months ago maybe even a year.

    No complaints from micro soft ever!! Yeah i had red ring once but the support they gave me to get it fixed was simple and great..

    Never say anything that can broke the code of conduct of Xbox that can get you suspended. You can report them via your console.

    Its always best to do on those situation is report, block and move on. No need to say anything.

    Not fair

    Try this, remove your account from the console via the account settings and then add it back again. That should reset the account fix your issue.

    Also, you can try a hard reset on the console by holding in the power button on the console for 10 seconds, let it turn off, then reboot.

    MS is already getting flak from cma for being too controlling even though sony does the same thing with their exclusives
