    Is this enough?


    I've long loved Xbox. Had one since the original and have loved/supported them. However, I bought an Xbox One over PS4 for one game. Now I cant even download/play the game. Is this enough to return the Xbox One? I know my feelings and am getting pretty
    *** about Microsoft just updating the time stamp on the xbox/status page (yes, I know they have changed the text, but it always says the same thing in essence). And the random people (or worse, employees who are getting paid to tell us this useless info)
    who do nothing but go on every post to thread, "please view this page." Even though most (if not all) of the people posting already know about the page. I have made up my mind on what to do already, just wondering what other people think about this. And
    please for the love of (whoever you pray to), do not reply to this post to say go look at this useless webpage.

    No complaints from micro soft ever!! Yeah i had red ring once but the support they gave me to get it fixed was simple and great..

    Hi,

    If you are within the 30 days or depending what the store says their return period is I guess if you wanted you can return it, but that's up to you though.

    The 'Service Alert Page' states that updates will be issued every 30 minutes, not that the problem will be resolved in 30 minutes. My advice would be to keep an eye on that page for the updates. Once the problem has been resolved you should be able to continue
    with no further troubles.

    I was banned for an xbox live mesaage, not in game communication. The enforcement team know nothing about the game.

    They are rogue, im not talking to them. Im waiting untill someone crazy gets offended by their misspractice and does something in real life they likely not see coming to them. I will just say, justice served.

    No one banned you just for talking about lag, odds are someone reported you for profanity. And the terms of service specifically state certain behaviors will lead to a ban or permanent suspension. Good luck.

    • What is the exact error message you see?
    • Is it happening when you try to do something specific like download an app or purchase a game?

    Im not checking their website out, the word in the whole xbox community knows of their reputation. Theres youtube videos on it. I have lost no content, im sticking up for others who have lost their content. The truth is that the customers are going to eventually
    boycott xbox alltogether and just go to some other company. One that actually treats their customers with dignity.
