    Loud Noise while installing Games

    My xbox one makes a loud noise while installing games. Its only makes the noise then. Not at any other time. Is this normal?

    No. Mine is always whisper quiet, even on start up.

    I will hear that every once in awhile, I think I have only heard that from a cold boot.

    Mine does that every time I turn it on. I have it set to Energy Saver, which is probably why.

    Mine is always in instant on mode, so yeah that may well be why.
