    Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

    The emails you receive from Support can vary in length and name. You should have a received an email about your initial contact a while back as well.

    It would be best to compare that info first. However, if you didn't sent up your controller yet, or even if you did, it likely the agent is attempting to reach out to you due to some discrepancies in the shipping process.

    i receive it today and yes i contact Microsoft one month ago. it was about a replacement for xbox controller. In the email i receive today, they ask for my home address... it could be legit ...i just find that email address weird
