Is this a common website to be diverted to when asking an Xbox PC app question?

So I was chatting with Microsoft Support about an issue with the Xbox Console Companion and the issue was unable to be solved. This person tried to direct me to an app that instructed me to either post here, message a gamer, or call. I had already done all
of that and in fact I was directed to this particular chat after a "chat with a gamer" could not help me. So I pointed this out and they then say they will provide me with another support link. I then get this link:

If you go to this site, it is obviously not a Microsoft support site. At least I didnt think it was. I got concerned that I was handed over to an IT Scam site, and I even pointed this out. They then say that they are going to hand off my problem to one of
their engineers and thus ended our chat.

I was just curious if this is common practice to send support issues to this site? Is it a scam site? Is it part of Microsoft?

Sorry to hear it. Gamer support is not allowed to post 3rd party links. Anything legitimate will be xbox.com or microsoft.com. If you're in gamer chat support ask to be escalated if they cannot help. Also for future reference for Xbox support you would
go to https://beta.support.xbox.com and for Microsoft Support you would go to
https://support.microsoft.com

you to the right place try the virtual agent and type speak with a person.

i just checked and everything is updated, the windows, the xbox app, the game and even my GPU

the game just crash at random times

and yes, it have the minimum requirement

A common failure of these IA's, they never seem to ask what a person's hardware is as their first question.

I applied... but when it diverts me to enjinn website i get completely lost lol. That website is absolutely massive and difficult to navigate. So I'll keep a look on my email to see if I got in or not.
