So I accidentally fcked up my NAT moving from one ISP to T-Mobile Internet and then back to the original ISP.

Something about T-Mobile made me change my Port and moving back my original ISP doesn’t like my Xbox port. I just want to reset all of my network settings so it forgets all about my previous settings and goes back to a normal port.

Currently it can connect to a Open NAT but it only gets about 10Mbps on Ethernet but without Ethernet on WiFi (because I didn’t mess that one up) I’m getting ~150mbps which is standard what I should be getting.

Going into manual port selection I see ports like 52018 and 49918 but I think if I could use my Wi-Fi’s port of 3074 I should be back to fast speeds on internet.

I keep trying to play from my backbone but it won’t connect on iPhone

Hello Derrick,my name is Marvina, I will be happy to help you.

I understand that you are having problems playing from your backbone on your iPhone. Here are some steps you can try to fix the problem:

Check that your iPhone is connected to your backbone. Make sure your iPhone is connected to the same Wi-Fi or Ethernet network as your Xbox console.
Restart your iPhone and your Xbox console. This can fix any temporary issues with the devices.

Update your iPhone and Xbox console. Software updates may include bug fixes that may resolve the issue you are experiencing.

Restore your iPhone's network settings. This can fix connectivity issues.
To reset your iPhone's network settings, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

These are basic solutions to these problems, but they can lead to a solution, remember that this is a public forum where we are players like you who want to help, good luck and happy day.

    Sincerely,
    Marvina.

    Remote Play

Hi and thanks for reaching Microsoft Xbox gamer's community. My name is Josef.
I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Xbox user like you.

Hope you're doing great today Andy

May I know if your iPhone is up to date?
Double check this opening settings > general > software update

If there's an update please install it.

Please try reinstalling Xbox app and sign in again with your account
And also disable and enable remote play features on the console.

After that, do this on your iPhone
Go to Settings > General > transfer or reset iPhone > reset > reset network settings, once rebooted try again

I'll look forward for your reply mate

On cloud gaming touch controls work but I can’t see them

Is your iPhone up to date and everything?

Could you double check that opening Settings > General > Software update

If your iPhone has the latest iOS version please try this instead:

Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

After that open the Xbox Cloud gaming app and check.

    -------

If the issue persists please sign out from the Xbox cloud gaming app > then close it and delete it

Now go to settings > general > transfer or reset iPhone > reset > Reset network settings

Your iPhone is going to be restarted, once done. go to xbox.com/play , add the xbox cloud gaming bookmark and try again

Can’t connect my iPhone mobile hotspot to Xbox One Console.

Right, my Xbox will connect to my hotspot, but once disconnected I can’t get it to connect again. I’ve changed DNS settings, cleared MAC, cleared my network settings on my iPhone, reset the statistics on my iPhone. I have shutdown and restarted my Xbox numerous times and the same with my iPhone. I have changed the hotspot password multiple times. It doesn’t connect through USB.
