Discus and support Is there no direct Contact to an X Box 360 Support? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My Problem ist that I was buying one month XBox live Gold with my Bank Account, but Microfsoft could not get the Money from my Bank because of other...     Is there no direct Contact to an X Box 360 Support?


    My Problem ist that I was buying one month XBox live Gold with my Bank Account,

    but Microfsoft could not get the Money from my Bank because of other Bills and they stopped my Gold Abo...

    And I have no Credit Card and my Pay Pal is not working for some Reason and when I try to set my Bank Account again than it says that my Bank Account is actually used for an Abo and I cant delete or change it for this reason...

    And there is no other Option to send the Money to Microsoft...

    So, what I can do now to send them the Moneyx and get back on Gold?

    THX everybody who could help me with this Problem... Is there no direct Contact to an X Box 360 Support? :)

    How do I get Microsoft to call me back?

    Can I just say that these details are for X Box One and they are not the same for X Box 360. There are no options for technical support on X Box 360.
