Is there just too much jammed on xbox?

As i read through the forums on a daily basis i see so many errors and problems. Is it possible that theres just too much jammed on our operating systems on the xbox or too much on the dashboards etc... for our xboxs to handle anymore? I understand the
complexity obviously with coding or operating systems etc.. but just seems like the more on the dashboards or xboxs the more problems all players seem to be having. Just wondering if there is too much on the operating systems?

And if they allow pre-loading, the servers will be jammed when that floodgate is opened too...

 

For a game With more than 1 Disc...

It's pretty small. I don't know how much of the main side missions I done, but I completed the game pretty quickly and there isn't much exploring to do. Many of these side-quests are simply going back to areas you've already cleared out and doing it again.
Pretty redundant. Don't know what content is jammed on those discs.

Not a bad game, just lacking.

 

I think so, but not sure if that's causing the problem. It could be I guess. I would like to just have the main dashboard when it turns on and the store. I'd like to get rid of the Mixer section.

 

lol mixed answer there lol but i m just wondering if they scale back on the amount of chaos say on the feeds scaled back abit or in the store etc... Just so many patches coming out on a constant basis.

I have had next to no issues with my Xbox. I think a relatively small percentage of people experience serious or frequent issues. You're naturally going to see more people posting "I Have a problem with this." than "I don't have any issues with that".

 

couldn't agree more with Tormaz here.

Bear in mind that this is mainly a 'support' forum, so naturally, users come here when they have issues. You're not going to see any 'My Xbox works fine' posts here, that would be a bit silly.

The Xbox One series of consoles has been out since late 2013 and has not suffered issues like the early 360 consoles' did with the dreaded Red Ring failures. The Xbox One is a very stable platform.

As for the O.S, being overloaded or whatever, that's not the case. The Xbox One and One S have 8GB of RAM, 3GB of which is devoted to the operating system. The Xbox One X has 12GB RAM. Also, about 200GB
of hard drive storage is reserved for system use and as a cache, there is no danger the system becoming 'Jammed'.

 

it is random, all SO has problems with new updates

Some People Will Have Problems And Some Won't Clearing Out Your Xbox Messages, Cache Etc Can Limit Lag And The Way Your Xbox One Operates, Alot Of People On A Daily Basis Will Complain About Something That Can Be Easily Fixed, Just Always Make Sure To Clear
Excessive Things On Your Xbox To Ensure The Best Running Speed. There is so many things it could be..

i agree they should deffo have a clean up or at least allow us to edit choices of what we have showing on our consoles etc. like i use mixer and tv elsewhere so i could easy get rid of them both if i had the choice.

 

I find our three Xbox One S consoles to be very trouble free, especially when compared to our gaming computers (which are a constant source of frustration).

While nothing is perfect, and things can always be improved, consoles provide a good balance of performance and stability.

 

After dealing with my Son's BSOD issues on his PC all week, I think that Xbox is doing quite well.

 

Mixed answer... I believe there is to much jammed into the OS. There should a settings for advanced users that can adjust or even delete certain things the OS does. Example: installing a game. While I understand why its installing to the hard drive, its
also taking up alot of space. 60 GB for one game? And you can’t even play the game without the disc anyways... why? 500 GB for some players isnt enough, not even 1 TB would be enough for some. Just strange to me.

 

It could be, the more you add the more there is that can go wrong. That said most XBox owners have no issues. Its a case by case thing really.

 

In most cases the problem is the person behind their machines that dont know how to do basic troubleshoot...
