    Are games with gold exclusive to xbox ?

    Another questions is cross platform play, i thought if you bought a game on xbox that was also on pc you could play it on both without having to re-buy it?

    This game certainly would be ideal for a starting point to games for gold, but i'll guess at it being priced at £4.99 or less (optimistic i know). With it being free on windows 8 as metal says i feel anything is too much now for this.

    Games with Gold are only on Xbox.

    Not all games are Play Anywhere compatible. Only the games listed here can be bought on the Xbox and also used on PC - Xbox Play Anywhere | Xbox

    The "play anywhere" feature was only introduced a few months ago so the list will be short but it will get bigger.

    You can download free games with gold from the xbox live website too. Just remember you must be a gold member to get the free games.
