Is there extra fees when you pay past due gold?

Paid my past due gold subscription 3 weeks to late. This was due to me not knowing it was automaticly charging it from my giftcard (mastercard giftcard) and it was empty of money. Is there any extra fees after paying the normal price at the store? I have
after this turned off atuomaticly charge and removed the card. plz answear!

you did receive 1 year of service the problem is you didn't pay them for it

this is where you get the outstanding balance

when the suspension occurs you weren't suspended 1 day into the contract

you were suspended 27days into the contract

4-5months later you still are in suspension and they are asking for payment for the remaining period

when you pay off the balance you will receive the remaining 11months

6.8. Canceling the Service. You may cancel the Service at any time, with or without cause. Go to
www.xbox.com/.../support to obtain information on cancelling your Service. Some Service offers may require you to pay cancellation charges as stated in the materials describing the offer. Your
cancellation of the Service won’t alter your obligation to pay all charges made to your billing account.

6.9. Late Payments. Except as prohibited by law, we may assess a late charge if you do not pay on time. You must pay these late charges when we bill you for them. The late charge will be the lesser of 1% of the unpaid amount each month or the maximum
rate that is permitted by law. We may use a third party to collect past due amounts.
You must pay all reasonable costs we incur to collect any past due amounts, including reasonable attorneys' fees and other legal fees and costs. We may suspend or cancel your Service if you fail to pay in full on time.

btw they don't really charge late fees but the language is there

you will not be able to use the account till you pay off the balance

or they write off the account in which case you will never be able to use the same card again

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, gift cards, subscription cards, or your Microsoft account balance can't be used to pay for a past-due subscription. Examples of

valid payment options include:

Credit cards, including prepaid credit cards
Debit cards (not available in all regions)
PayPal (not available in all regions)
Mobile operator billing (not available in all
regions)
Direct debit (Germany only)

Also is my xbox stuck in a time warp? Cause it says starting JANUARY 2020, which is 6 months before april, and it IS april

Hi there if you had access to all your services when you were in the time period of it being overdue then yes. If it got suspended and you say only had an extra week or 2 before its suspension you will only have to pay the extra month that you had access
for. Also Janurary is 3 months before April and its not stuck in a time warp its saying that your account has been past due since Janurary. Hope this helps. Also if you dont think you will be able to make a payment in future please change the payment mode
from automatic to manula in future to avoid any more issues. Agian hope this helps.
