    Is there anywhere to view a "purchase history" for GwG titles and other free promotions?


    Is there anywhere to view a "purchase history" for GwG titles and other free promotions? I believe some games are missing from my account.

    Specifically I noticed Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious is no longer redeemed on my account. The Xbox 360 version still appears as purchased, but my Xbox One copy does not appear in Ready to Install and the store page comes up with only the $9.99
    "Buy" option. Same on PC.

    I redeem every free promotion on both platforms because I am an achievement hunter and I haven't missed a single GwG game on the Xbox One. I redeemed both versions of this game using xbox.com when they were free in April 2015.

    The game was showing up in my Ready to Install tab before. I just decided I wanted to play it over the long weekend to get some gamescore.

    So any ideas how I can find proof that I redeemed this, or any other free Xbox One game? How can I get support if there is no record kept of free content like there was on the Xbox 360?

    purchase history to view all the games you have digitally purchased on your account. Thank you.

    Well, if what you say is correct then something very strange is going on because the only transactions showing in my purchase history as £0.00 are where I’ve used a redeem code (either included in physical games as add-ons or titles purchased from CDkeys.com)
    and there are absolutely no GWG titles recorded in my purchase history even the ones I can still download.

    Anything you own will show in your purchase history, As mentioned if you own it you will be able to play it offline without gold. As long as it's not a GWG title that you got as a free game. Then you will need gold to continue playing it.

    Unfortunately Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title and there are no promotions running to get it for free for owning it on another platform.

    Short answer, no bud. Even if the game is GWG it does come up in the order history as a transaction for 0.00 since technically the license is bought for 0.00. Check it out and let us know if we can further assist with this or any other issue or inquiry!

    Anyone know how to free a game from gwg, then download it again to make it "owned by my gamertag". Example: Limbo was a gwg title. Because I downloaded under gwg it shows as ready to install. I want to purchase it for free, that way if gold ever drops I
    still own it. Is there some way to do that?
