No. The only way to contact the enforcement team is through a case review. There is no way to have past actions removed.

First even if the enforcement team gets a thousand reports that you supposedly violated the code of conduct does not mean that you will get suspended EVERY report that is made is investigated and the account that gets reported is ONLY suspended if there
was a violation of the code of conduct.

If you feel that you should not have been suspended you can sign into enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review the enforcement team will then reinvestigate the report and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

This is the ONLY way to get a suspension lifted sooner then its original end date and the ONLY way to contact the enforcement team.

How can they tell you how long you are suspended for when there is no end date to some peoples suspensions???? And complicates things even more when there is no enforcement history for you to submit a request and makes it even more complicated and frustrating when customer support can’t help and there is no option to contact enforcement team itself…..

First You will never know the outcome of a report made against another player the enforcement team will not let you know of their investigation of any player that you reported to them.

Second just because someone reported you does not mean that you will automatically be suspended when a report happens the enforcement team investigates the report and if there was a violation of the code of conduct that is when they put the suspension on
the account if there was not a violation of the code of conduct then they will not suspend the account.

Even if someone starts something with you if you retaliate in anyway that violates the code of conduct then you can be suspended.

Since the enforcement team has upheld the suspension when you filed the case review all you can do at this point is ride out the suspension till the end.

There is no way to get your account back until the suspension is lifted. Once it is lifted, you can change the bio (the enforcement team removes it when you are suspended anyway).

There are no warnings. You agree to the terms of service and Code of Conduct when you sign up for the service. So if you do something that violates those you are suspended.
