Is there anyway to get around these game and content restrictions?

Due to circumstances that I will not explain that are valid however, I've moved out of my dads and to spite me, he decided to make it so I couldn't play any games that were for 7 and above, is there anyway I can get round this without using his email? Or
will I be stuck using my second account for the next 2 years(when I turn 18)

Game problems on Xbox 360

I bought two games on disc version called Marvel ultimate alliance 1 & 2 however the downloadable content for these games have been removed from the Xbox 360 store. Is there anyway of getting the content back because I really want to get the characters?

So I really want the gamertag Grizzly, but the person who has it, has never played 1 game, only has one friend and hasn't been on in I don't know how long. Is there anyway that I can get this gamertag without 'hunting this guy down'? <- (Sarcasim of course
