Is there anyway to contact to McAllen, TX repair center to see if they received my controller?

Not that this helps but..Got exactly the same problem from sending controller in UK to repair centre in Germany.

Still no response, UPS says delivered but POD is not at microsoft.

I expect a delay but I also expect some correspondence to say received.

Okay, I guess I'll be more patient. It just says if they don't receive my controller in 30 days that the ticket will be cancelled so just didn't want that to happen even though I sent the controller in.

I don't think you can contact the cetre directly. Best you can do is to check the status through your account. Bear in mind they may well be struggling thanks to coronavirus.

It's very unfortunate but at least I'm not the only one in this situation. I agree just an email saying we received your controller and I'd be happy. I just sent in a joy-con for my switch and received an email immediately when they got it.

Also, just piggybacking on what Beep said, you get that email immediately when the shipping information is created (i.e. a label is printed, which generates the tracking number.) However, if I'm not mistaken, the actual repair facility is across the border
in Mexico, which is why all of our return shipments go to McAllen, TX, the closest location to the Mexican repair facility. The items are transported to the repair center and back to the border and, from what I understand, the tracking number is scanned when
FedEx picks it up at the McAllen center, not at the source in Mexico.
