Is there anyway someone can help me get my hacked account back please and thank you

My accunt that i use , the email has been changed and cant access it, everytime i try and get a recovery code it goes the the email that hacked me. If anyone can help me that would be great. (i spoke to a person and they said they would contact me in 2-3 buissness days and its been like 5-6 days now so if there is anyoene who works for microsoft that can help me that would mean the world to me)
