If none of those methods work, I regret to inform you that this means the hacker managed to change all your account information. Therefore, it's not possible to recover it.

I've asked some Microsoft agents, they're helping me recover my acc now. It was proven that my acc got hacked so I can recover my old one per usual.

My apologies, I was busy for a few days but I did try what you said yesterday about the account recovery, and I wasn’t able to get anywhere with it because the information I provided wasn’t enough to validate my ownership to the account and I had sent the limited amount. But i’m going to try again today.
