    Is there anyway I can get my Perma ban lifted if I can prove I'm innocent


    I was recently communication banned on a friday(whatever right? Nothing new) left town for the weekend and when I come back and turn on my console I'm told I'm permanently banned due to abuse on Saturday or Sunday, is there any way I can contact the enforcement
    team other than filing for a case review (done it at least 3 times) I have at least a thousand dollars on my account not to mention 7+years of progress lost I'm severely upset that there's no warning or actual review before you're banned for life

    My gamer tag was recently falsely reported for hacking, is there anyway I can get this ban lifted or removed?

    i received a ban but xbox would not provide evidence

    its a permenant ban, i cant wait it out.

    i dont send messages on xbox,

    i dont play any xbox account games,

    the only thing i use is the party call function to talk to my friends, nothing else. its physically impossible for me to have been 'phishing'.

    i just want to prove my innocence
    You didn't say it was a perma ban.

    The enforcement team don't hand out perma bans on a whim,they are only issued after a thorough investigation.

    Blatant cheater needs to be banned

    usually they investigate and if they do indeed prove he was cheating then they will be strict as cheating is a big no no and a good portion of the time you can get a perma ban for it.
