is there anything wrong with the xbl servers right now?

My Xbox was working fine earlier today I shut it off for a while and when i came back on to play, everything was loading so slow. I system cached, that didn't work or fixed it. I also tried playing without being connected to xbl, it worked just fine no
lag, no dashboard or game loading lag. As soon as I connect back to xbl the lag instantly comes back(using a USB wireless adapter) so, I check the website for a status update and it says everything is running fine. So my question is is someone else having
the same problems? Am I the only one? Or is something up with the servers? also when i try to update a few games it gives me an error, and some games still have their updates even though i system cached, like call of duty black ops 2 and call of duty ghosts.
it's stressing me out a little.

Cant connect to Xbox live

there are a lot of users experiencing the something is wrong with their servers right now

NEVER use your XBL email or password for anything else.

 

Try this next time:
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

As well as checking the Call of Duty websites to see if their servers are down

 

i cant get as well its the call of duty services activation ;(
