Is There Anything On the Xbox One Like the Voice Preferences On the Xbox 360?

I was wondering if there's any settings/preferences on the Xbox One that will allow me to hear voices through either the speakers or speakers and headset. I don't have an adapter for my Tritton 720+ headset so I can't use it to talk on the Xbox One, however
I am still able to hear sounds through it since I can plug it directly into the console. I use a standard Xbox One mic/headset (the one that comes with the console) to talk to people on Xbox Live. I want to use the Tritton 720+ to hear both game & voice audio
while I have the standard mic around my neck & plugged into the controller so I can talk still. On the 360 there was Voice Preferences like "Hear Voice through Stereo" & "Hear Voice through both Headset and Stereo," so please let me know if there is! Thank

Considering that Kinect uses TV speakers for voice I'm almost sure the options are there.

Ok I know this is not a big deal for most of you, but I do some recording with buddies and my setup is simple. But the thing is, xbox 360 has options to allow voice chat to play through both the headset and the speakers and I was wondering is that option
on the xbox one, because I didn't see it anywhere on any dashboard sneak previews, and was concerned since idk if the dashboard for xbox one is mixed with the guide part on 360 (When you press the guide button on 360 for party chats and such, also preferences)
Also xbox 360 allows you to have game volume automatically tone down when friends speak through the speakers as well is that being brought over? I just hope they don't have speakers replaced with "kinect" as a option because I can't have that work with my
setup. Sorry if this is a weird and stupid question, just something minor that is major to me :/

The feature that you describe on Xbox 360 is not present on the Xbox One.
