Is there anything I can do about getting disconnected from every game?

My Xbox has been doing this thing within the past month or so where every 20-30 minutes I start connecting to the party and my game either freezes or kicks me. With R6 Siege it just kicks me every time, and I've lost so much stuff from it. As of now, I am
level 19, but I think, if I could have stayed in all the games, I could be about level 30. I have a few questions that have to do with this thing.

Do other people have this problem too? No one I talk to does, and when it happens everyone else is still talking and doing things.

Is this a problem with my Xbox or my internet? We have a really fast internet speed if that changes something. It usually works great. When I first got my Xbox I was usually the person everyone wanted to connect to because I had the best internet out of
everyone. If it is my internet I don't know why because it is usually good.

Is there a way to check to see if something is wrong with my internet/Xbox? I don't mean like a scan to see if I can connect I mean to see if anything is actually going on to change its performance.

Just a couple little things we have Charter internet if that changes anything and this whole connecting thing has only been going on for a month or so, and I've had my Xbox One for about a year and a half now. Any input is appreciated and thanks ahead of

Disconnection from xbox live

Hello,

I forwarded the correct ports and updated firmware on the router but I still have the problem, getting disconnected from Xbox live every 10 to 15 mins. Is there anything else you can suggest for me to do?

Need Help ASAP

This helped some i get a longer playing time before im disconnected but im still getting disconnected. is there anything else i can try
