Is there anyone who knows anything about not being able to reset their account?

basically Xbox is telling me I have to start a new account since they can't verify that I'm me. So now I have to start a new account? Lose my gamerscore and start over? Even though the information I provided is correct? And I can still log in on my old Xbox
360 just not my new slim.

Xbox One controller Randomly dissects and reconnects during gameplay.

There are TONS of us with the same issue. All I would like is for MS to say "Hey, yes there is still an issue, we're working on it." Instead of tech support telling people to clear out their "alternate MAC address." Anyone who knows anything about networking
knows that statement smells like BS.

I'm not able to set up my xbox one I just purchased. It keeps rebooting when I try to set it up. Is their anyone who knows what I should do?

Maybe if I reset it completely it will work but I don't know how to do that without being able to access the settings menu. Does anyone know how to reset it without being able to click anything ?

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bannings, so no one here would no specifically why you were suspended. Basically with the information you posted, you had something in your profile that violated the Code of Conduct.

You should know sharing accounts violates the code of conduct/terms of service. So you and your friend are risking being banned for that alone. Microsoft won't be able to tell you anything about the account unless you are the one who created the account (the owner).

Bottom line is you can't. If the information was not correct when the account was created then it was/is against the CoC and ToU. The best reply I can really give you is; If the account birthrate is in fact incorrect talk to the person who set it up. They
may be able find out how to fix this for you. I don't think anyone here will do much. The reason being is there are many children who come on here wanting to change their own settings with out the adults knowing about it. You wont find many here who want to
be responsible for anything like that.
