Is there anyone that can actually do anything in this company?

I’ve been locked out of my main account for 4 days due to “security reasons”. I have filled out multiple verification forms and prompted at the end that I would receive a response within 24 hours. Well here we are 84 hours later and still no response. Customer service is unbelievably useless, so am I just supposed to throw up a prayer my account is unlocked or what?

Don't fall into that mindset. No Company has ever given anything about anyone. That's not what they are here for. They deliver a Product and that's it. They don't owe anyone anything. It's buy or do not. They are not supposed
to "care" about anyone.

If "X" Company goes out of Business it only does two things. It tells every other Company out there to stop doing what they did (be it inventive or not, meaning stop taking risk) and it only means one less Product of anything is available.

there is a difference between Microsoft and a game dev... Microsoft cannot force or enforce the game devs to do anything. neither can Sony, and neither can PC companies. your best option is to put in a ticket with the forums of the actual game devs.

Its still upsetting that microsoft and xbox dont have anything set up to actually report THESE types of incidents. Predators are a serious issue and the company doesnt want to do anything about it?

It's actually illegal to ddos attack someone or a company. You can contact your ISP and the local authorities and the person doing it could be subject to fines and or jail time if caught. I believe it is up to 10 years in jail and up to a $500,000 in fines.
Not sure if anyone has ever actually gone to jail or not.
