Is there anyone out there who can sign into my old account?

How long will I be locked out of my account? I can prove its my account so why should i be locked out. Microsoft should have a solution for this, If i change my password it should make anyone who has the old password sign in with the new password! but nooooo
they have to make everything hard.

In the top right corner of my Xbox it shows an old email I don't want on there and yes I changed the billing and Microsoft email but I can seem to get rid of that old one appearing but when I sign in to my Microsoft account it's still the old email so that
might be the problem anyone know how to change the sign in email for Microsoft accounts?

Without being able to sign into the old account, there is nothing we can walk you through to fix this. The only people who could help you at all are actual support, who you probably already contacted, on the support tab of the main website. If I could
help you, I would, but there is nothing I can do for you unless you can sign in to the old account.

sign in to the store with the old account, download minecraft and then sign out and back in with the new account, then you can play minecraft without repurchasing it.

unfortunately the password lock feature described in the link, limits who can sign into the account by entering a passcode before signing in.

what i am asking is for the ability to lock the account settings. Letting anyone play on the Live account, but not letting anyone change the (child) settings.
