No I am not a clairvoyant trying to contact the dead but reading through all the comments on your support page for your game apps we might as well be for all the notice you are taking.

What aspect of THIS IS NOT WORKING do you not understand.

All these people including myself are customers, granted we might not always be right even if we think we are but we do deserve an answer why the server takes frequent breaks from it's working life. Looking forward to a response but I will not hold my breath.

Hi there,

if the console is brand new (as in bought in last couple of days) you should be able to return it to the store to exchange it for a new one in most regions, since this isn't how the console should be working.

Regarding the issue itself also be sure to try if the same things happen on a different wall socket.
