Is there any way to use ReShade with XBOX Game Pass for PC?

Is there any way to use ReShade (https://reshade.me/) with XBOX Game Pass for PC games?

I recently purchased XBOX Game Pass for PC to try it out as a 3 month free trial is currently supplied with purchase of new AMD Navi RX5700XT GPUs.

Those GPUs have a feature called Radeon Image Sharpening which uses "Contrast Adaptive Sharpening" or CAS for short.

It is possible to run that Radeon Image Sharpening Algorithim (CAS.fx) , or a similar pre-existing filter called Smart_Sharp.fx which has a "Contrast Aware Sharpening" feature using ReShade on modern Nvidia or AMD GPU's on DX9, DX11, and DX12 games.

I have other videos uploaded to Youtube, but they are all 2K and are still "processing" for days.

I need to be able to point ReShade to the full game path game executeable so it can run.

This works fine on Steam, Origin, and EPIC Store games.

I am unable to do this on Metro Exodus on XBOX Game Pass for PC.

But in the future it might be possible. There is a planned change in the format of the windows app, to allow the use of WIN32

Also in the last update of Xbox pass PC there are indications that mods will be allowed.

I'm also waiting to use the Reshade in some games

Reshade is unauthorized software, and as such might not work with games bought from the Microsoft store or from game pass for PC. All you can do is try it. You will know then if it works or not.
