Is there any way to use a PS4 controller on Windows 11?

You can but all support for it is only thru two methods

Ds4win and steam

I suggest trying a different USB cable if possible, make sure it's a data cable. Keep in mind that the PS4 controller only officially supports connecting to Windows PCs using Sony's wireless adaptor or a micro USB cable. If the issue persists, uninstall any 3rd party apps that may interfere with controller functionality, such as DS4Windows.

The One could still be the lead platform, especially if there is any DLC exclusivity (timed or not), but developers would be using DirectX 11 instead of DirectX 12 because they know 11 is going to be the most supported on other platforms.

So the best way to get developers to make use of DirectX 12 is to make sure it is on as many platforms as possible. That also means making sure it is available for Windows 7 and not a Windows 8 exclusive.
