Is there any way to uninstall this new preview?

Okay, the preview itself seems well and all, but I'm already over being isolated from the rest of my friends list. I cannot invite anyone I normally play with because I've downloaded the preview and they did not. As of right now I have not been given a solution
to this problem and cannot seem to find a way to remove it from my xbox. Really frustrated with this and would love to get off the little island I have been thrown onto by this update.

Is there a way to uninstall?

Just as the title states. Is there a way I can remove this unwanted app from my console? Now with the latest update I have a whole new Mixer category on my One guide. I want them gone. Is it poaaible?

 

No. Once you install an update there is no way to uninstall it. You were warned of this before signing up for the preview.

 

Is there a work around for this issue? I am having the same problem. Is there no way to party chat with those who do not have the update? I can't even invite them to my game.

 

I'm having the same problem, if you can update it to where it works with the chat it would really be nice add to the xbox friends list it really sets it in a easier fashion

 

Jonnie - There is no work around. You'll have to wait until the update rolls out to everyone in a couple of weeks.

 

There is a post on twitter from @xboxsupport that says you can post to opt out if you can get access to the preview forums! Which seems to be a lot of people including me that cannot access them to opt out or to send invites to friends for the preview so
we can actually test it. come on Xbox get with the program please our time shouldn't be wasted on forums it should be wasted enjoying what we spend our hard earned money on!
