Is there any way to turn on the Xbox when away from home when using game streaming?

Does anyone know if there is a way to do this on your phone or if this will be added to the streaming app in the future (maybe it is already there and I just didn't realize it)? I know there is a windows app called Xoon where you can turn on your Xbox from anywhere without being connected to the same network, but was wondering if anything was going to get added for Android phones. I saw in the Google play store there is a app, but two of the three reviews looked to be from bots so that didn't look promising. Thanks!

same for me when i stream video from computer every 10 mins it dims, there used to be an option to turn off the auto dim from the settings, weird they would take that away.

Hey i just wanted to chime in case someone else has this same issue.

When streaming to PC from Xbox One here's this is the process to get party chat to work.

Turn on your xbox, get into your party and into the game.

Turn on streaming to PC.

Turn off your controller and turn it back on and it will work.

Not sure why I have to do this, but it's the only way to make it work.

I've got a solution y'all.... Or maybe rather a workaround.

Get yourself a smart plug. Plug the XBOX into the "smart plug". In you "Home App"/ "Alexa"/ "Google home" /, whatever you are using, set the schedule on the plug- turn off "6AM till 5PM" - whatever your working hours/ hours you will not turn the xbox on.

That way you will prevent the XBOX from being turned on when you use any of the headsets during your "production" hours.

Unfortunately you won't be able to do what you're hoping to do with streaming, though. (You can find that info in the section "System Requirements.") Much like the Smartglass app, the Xbox app can only connect to an Xbox One that is on the same network as
it. Being a full state away would certainly inhibit that.
