Is there any way to reverse a factory reset?

Although you are unable to reverse a factory reset, if you log back into the Xbox with the account you have, you should be able to download the games you had any any saves in the cloud should get synchronised when you start the games.

The case review is a joke, this can’t be looked at by actual humans me saying “I suck” responding to him telling me I suck is in the game is sexual? So maybe since this is how the system works I should just report the message where he told me I suck since in Xbox’s eyes he meant it sexually towards me, Do they not look at the context or just see the word “suck” and automatically assume it’s sexual the English language has several words that can mean multiple different things, the fact I pay for a service and to have issues over looked like this or a system that can be abused like this is wild to me, who can I get ahold of since a bot obviously looked at my review idc about the length of my ban I can wait it out it’s the principal of why I was banned and why my review was rejected I want to talk to an actual person

Unfortunately we are unable to help with enforcement issues. You would have been sent a message to the email associated with your account that gives more info on the suspension though. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders just in case.

You can also log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com and click on the handshake icon. From there you can see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a case review with the PET if available.

Please note that a case review is only available for suspensions longer than 24 hours and the PET can take up to 48 hours to respond.

I completely understand. Years ago I got a ding for a video I made on the console with Kinect. Where I come from we have a habit of pointing with our middle fingers in some instance. It got flagged.

I really do wish there was something more we could suggest but the enforcement team is it's own division and can only be contacted in this manner. Even support couldn't help

4 days for saying “I suck” responding to him but he can call me slurs in game with no consequences I’ve appealed it but people say it’s better To just wait it out I’d understand if it was something crazy but this ban is a little ridiculous

As long as you reported the other player they will have the appropriate enforcement action taken agaisnt them but bans/suspensions arent always instant and you won't be told when it happens.

In these situations its best to just block them, report them, dont respond and move on with your day. That way they are the only one being suspended and not you.

Most people like that are trying to bait you into saying something against the rules that they could report you for and you took the bait.
